As a Graphic Communication Leader, I played a key role in supporting various departments within the store, ensuring a seamless visual and informational experience for customers and employees alike. My role extended beyond traditional design, integrating strategic communication efforts across sales, IKEA Food, and sustainability initiatives. By aligning store messaging with business objectives, I facilitated an engaging and cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints.
Collaboration was central to my responsibilities, requiring close coordination with marketing, sales, and operational teams. I worked to create compelling in-store communication that enhanced the customer journey, guided purchasing decisions, and reinforced IKEA’s brand identity. Internally, I also contributed to employee engagement by developing clear, visually engaging materials that strengthened team understanding of key business strategies and initiatives.
