As a Graphic Design Manager overseeing the Czech, Slovak, and Hungarian markets, I led the regional branding direction within the Service Organization, ensuring consistency across all marketing, sales, and PR activities. My leadership spanned 9 teams—including 8 dedicated to graphic design (each with a leader and multiple designers) and 1 Service Organization team—where I optimized workflows, secured resources, and implemented strategic creative solutions to drive engagement.
My role required balancing high-level strategy with hands-on creative leadership. I managed external providers, allocated working hours efficiently, and ensured designers had access to necessary training, coaching, and mentorship. Under my guidance, teams delivered performance-driven creative assets, aligning with business objectives while maintaining efficiency and scalability.

Digital and Experiential Campaigns: Led the creation of an online festival, overseeing digital advertising, web assets, and social media content to maximize reach and conversion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Defined regional communication strategies, facilitated creative workshops, and aligned design initiatives with business priorities across departments.
